Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated, focused and personable Business Development Representative who can build relationships with potential customers and decision makers within target industries to develop leads that turn into sales opportunities. The BDR plays a critical role in growing our business. The focus of this position is to develop qualified prospects for our sales team through cold calling and nurturing emails, as well as various marketing and social media programs.

● Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach to Brand Mangers and Marketing Directors / VPs
● Execute cold calls and email outreach at a high quality and volume
● Nurture and manage leads until they are qualified as sales-ready
● Generate qualified leads that turn into qualified opportunities
● Conduct needs qualification calls with prospects and initial demos
● Transition qualified leads to Account Executives with qualification information and customized mockups

● Experience conducting business and building relationships via phone & email, with excellent phone, interpersonal, verbal, and written capabilities

Content Marketer

We are looking for a dynamic content marketer to join our growing team of curious hustlers. In this role, you will develop and create content that drives Marvck’s demand generation strategies. You will be joining a nimble team of marketers with an agile process, including the opportunity to have hands-on involvement across the spectrum of Mavrck operations and our best-in-class customers. Our ideal content marketer can balance the creative with the analytical, and the ability to figure things out with the task of getting it done. Most importantly, we want you to learn fast and have fun – like our team does!

• Create top-of-the-funnel content to drive our lead generation efforts, including: blogging, social media, website copy and webinars.
• Produce bottom-of-the-funnel content to drive our lead nurturing efforts, including: case studies, eBooks, email campaigns, and paid retargeting.
• Own and manage our social media channels (Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram).
• Provide basic graphic support, including infographics and powerpoint design.
• Propose, create and implement new projects that improve conversion rates and drive demand from existing database of potential customers.
• Measure and optimize these projects, understanding content analytics, running A/B tests and experiments to implement changes based on your results.

• 1-3 years full-time experience in a marketing role, ideally at a SaaS-based company.
• Exceptional writing, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
• Proven demand generation success using content marketing and content optimization tactics.
• Proficient in Excel, Keynote/PPT, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with WordPress, Hubspot and Salesforce a plus. Working knowledge of HTML, javascript will be preferred.
• A self-starter, with the confidence to work independently and bring new ideas to the table.

Customer Success Manager

As our sales team continues to bring on more national brands, our need for talented and experienced customer success managers is growing rapidly.  Mavrck is looking for an individual who will be a trusted advisor to our top customers and help build long-term business partnerships.  You will gauge the daily pulse of customer success and will be relied upon to communicate performance to the Customer Success team.  Through analysis of current campaigns, you will be asked to make recommendations for marketing strategies.

• 3+ years of customer success or client services experience, ideally focusing on customer growth, upsells, and renewals
• Proven track record of maintaining and expanding technology solutions with customers
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships across a range of roles within an account
• Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
• Attention to detail, drive to achieve goals, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• A self-starter, with the confidence to work independently when necessary
