We’ve had a kickass couple of weeks at Mavrck. During his last years at PTC, Brian served as the senior vice president of product development in PTC’s Service Lifecycle Management business unit.
As VP of engineering at Mavrck, Brian will oversee development and testing processes and closely manage the engineering team to ensure quality product design and timely new features. Brian comments, “I couldn’t be more excited to join the Mavrck team. It’s not often that you see such a combination of vision, energy, and opportunity. Mavrck is on a course to significantly evolve the way that brands engage with their customers.”

As Director of Marketing, Liz will plan and implement marketing programs aligned with sales and product development, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets. Liz comments, “I’m proud to join this amazing team that I’ve watched grow from Boston startup to ad industry game-changer, and to have this opportunity to tell our story. It’s going to be a thrilling ride, and to quote Top Gun – I’m excited to be here with the best of the best.”

Lyle Stevens, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mavrck, said, “I’m very excited to have Brian and Liz on the squad! Their fresh perspective and valuable experience will take our Engineering and Marketing teams to the next level and accelerate all areas of the company. It’s been humbling to watch Mavrck grow from four Northeastern grads working in a Cambridge apartment to an impressive team of nearly 30 curious hustlers. We’re definitely going to need a bigger lunch table.”

About Mavrck

We all know word-of-mouth is the most effective form of marketing, but word-of-mouth automation at scale has always been a challenge. At Mavrck, we harness the power of human-to-human marketing at scale by tapping into your most valuable asset: existing customers with influence.

By focusing on influential customers who engage a high percentage of their friends around a brand's relevant topics or keywords, Mavrck's patented micro-influencer marketing platform powers consumer brands like Hershey's, Sears and Unilever to discover and activate millions of their micro-influencers to distribute content and drive conversions across social networks.

On average, our "always-on" activation engine will get 3 friends to convert for every 1 micro-influencer activated.
